A five-man panel of the Supreme Court, on Wednesday, declared Senator Ahmed Makarfi as the authentic National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), sacking Senator Ali Modu Sheriff.
It can be recalled that the Ahmed Makarfi Led-National Working Committee, NWC, was earlier sacked by the Port Harcourt Division of the Court of Appeal.
The judgment of the apex court unanimously agreed to the lead judgment by Justice Rhodes-Vivour.
