The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, says the current political unrest and internal wranglings in Rivers State are a struggle for political relevance, which he described as a party affair that will be eventually resolved.
The minister gave the clarification when he received a delegation of political leaders from different ethnic nationalities across the Niger Delta Region, who paid a solidarity visit to the minister in his office on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the minister has dismissed insinuations that the political impasse in the state is skewed against Sim Fubara, who is of the Ijaw ethnic nationality.
