APRA Expresses Condolences and Solidarity with Kenyans Amid Crisis

The Executive Council and members of the African Public Relations Association (APRA) have expressed their condolences to all Kenyans following the recent crisis in the Republic of Kenya.

According to a release issued by APRA’s Secretary General, Omoniyi Ibietan, APRA stands in solidarity with their colleagues in the Public Relations Society of Kenya (PRSK) during this challenging time.

The association has called on the Government of Kenya to prioritize the welfare of its citizens. Reflecting the Presidency’s commitment to dialogue, APRA urges the government to engage in stakeholder consultations with empathy and a willingness to reconcile.

APRA extends its sympathies to the families of those who lost their lives and wishes a speedy recovery to those injured during the protests. The organization fervently prays for the repose of the souls of the deceased.
